Windows 10: The wifi is not found, my laptop is dell latitude 5480

I need help to turn on wifi

Best M.2 cloning method-Dell 5480 Latitude

I have a Dell Latitude 5480 with a m.2 256gb SSD. The time has come where I want to replace it with a larger 1Tb m.2 drive. What is the best way to connect the New drive to the laptop to clone it. I will be using Samsung's Magician software. I have usb C, 3.1, 3.0 ports as well as a SataIII to usb adapter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. The new drive is a 860 Evo.

I am getting the below error in my laptop. Details as below :

Error : This option is currently unavailable -- click to learn more.

We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face.

Please guide.
