Windows 10: The windows 10 I downloaded from your site only displays stuff in chinese. I can't read...

Help. I've tred downloading the language packs but it's telling me in chinese that it only doesn't support using other languages or something.

Display Chinese in Windows 10

Welcome to Microsoft Community. Your interest in Windows 10 is much appreciated.

If the language pack is installed in Chinese then you only you can see Chinese display.

After installing follow the steps to change the language:

• 
  Press Windows+X key on the key board
  
• 
  select control panel and then
  
• 
  go to language and then
  
• 
  Select advance settings under
  override display language you will get that language option to select for which you have install the language pack.

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 10 installed. I would like to change the display language from English to Chinese. I have downloaded the Chinese language, but I can not set Chinese as the primary language. Is there any way I can set display language
