Windows 10: The windows 10 is not working properly

My laptop is a high end laptop but after installing the windows 10 from microsoft it lags and dosent give the proformance like the windows 7 .The apps take very long time to open .

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

• 
  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
