Windows 10: The Windows 11 23 H2 camera is not detected

I have an EKEN H9R camera with the ability to use it as a webcam. But when I try to connect it to my PC, it is not detected as a camera, but only as an audio device. However, after connecting to another windows device, it started working. In the process of searching, I found that the first computer does not have a usb video driver, but the second one does.

We are planning to switch our office machine Operating system from Windows 10 22H2 to Windows 11 23 H2 latest release.

We need expert help to get the enterprise edition ISO image and the proper steps to activate the OS with the Microsoft 365 E3 License.

We have enterprise level Microsoft E3 License, and it support the Windows 11 Activation.

I have gone through many blogs, but I didn't find the proper solution for this scenario. Can anyone who is expertise on this please help me solve this case?
