Windows 10: The Windows 11 update failed with error code 0x8007001f

The Windows 11 update failed with error code 0x8007001f. I have tried methods such as deleting the sound driver, graphics card driver, and cleaning up the update program, but none of them worked. The error code remains unchanged.I also tried installing from the system image, but got the same error.

I followed the steps but I got the same error message as I got when I tried the suggestion of DaveM121 -- 0x8007001F-0x20006

The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the REPLICATE_OC operation.
