Windows 10: The windows atomic clock application is glitchy

I recently installed an atomic clock app and it is all glitchy showing display on an area lesser than required

Is there any way that I can synchronise my desktop PC's clock with that of the atomic clock?

I have a suggestion, Atomic Alarm Clock, Download Atomic Alarm Clock - Computer alarm clock and customize tray clock
I can synchronize it with an atomic clock and I can change how it looks easily.

It is actually syncing the time by default even though it might not be an atomic clock, but one that gets it time from an atomic clock.

Click on the Clock and select Date and Time Settings

The Set time automatically should be on.

To see what it is syncing with select, Additional date, time, & regional settings -> Set the time and date

Select Internet Time tab -> Change settings...

There is a choice of time.windows.com or time.nist.gov (at least in the US)

P.S. Other path to the setting:

Win Key + X -> Control Panel -> Date and Time -> Internet Time Tab -> Change settings...
