Windows 10: The Windows button does not work at all for me, this is on my keyboard

So I've been having this issue for almost 7 months maybe it has been more, tried solving the problem but it seems like it doesn't work what I do.I saw that a guy was having the same issue but he told you guys that he was done with the issue, on this link https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-fix-this-file-does-not-have-an-app/ee8d3bd0-a29b-40d4-9a1e-d6ac552f0ef7 is shown the problem, I've tried all of the steps on solving my problem in the link, the guy that had this problem has the same exact problem as I do, So I can't press the windows button on my keyboard I use

• Click the Start button, type "device manager" in the search box, and then select Device Manager.
• In the list of hardware categories, look for Keyboards and then double-click it.
• Click on the Keyboard tab and choose Update Driver, and then follow the instructions.
