Windows 10: the windows button + prtsc button used to take a screenshot on my laptop now it doesn't how...

the windows button + prtsc button used to take a screenshot on my laptop now it doesn't how do i get it to work again, other ways to take a screenshot still work, like using xbox game bar or the snipping tool but i have to manually select the full screen option, i dont remember changing any settings but taking a screenshot using windows + prtsc randomly stopped working, i would like to know how to get it to work again.

My PrtSc button used to save automaticallly to One Drive>Pictures>Screenshots, with one touch; now (possibly after a windows auto-update...? Not sure) it seems to do nothing!

You can use PrtSc button for a full screenshot. Also, Alt + PrtSc for a screenshot of the current window that you are working on. Please check if your PC / Laptop has any "Fn" key that might be controlling the work of Function Keys. Also, check for any keyboard
error as well.

Alternatively, you can use "Snipping Tool" and "Snip & Sketch" tools in your Windows 10 OS. These tools can be searched and opened from your Start menu navigation. Hope it helps.
