Windows 10: The windows media player only shows playlists and doesn't show artists, albums, etc.?

It only shows one unknown file.

Albums, artists not showing in Music+Videos tile

Hi,

I synced my Nokia Lumia 720 with Windows Vista for music. I used Windows media player to sync. After syncing around 600 songs, I noticed that there are no listings under the 'artists', 'albums' and 'playlists' heads. Only the 'songs' head showed all my
songs, however, no categorisation available under artists or albums. I synced a playlist as well which is not visible. Album art of some songs is also not displayed. Can someone help me understand the issue here?

 

Song Titles, Artist, Album names in burned Playlist

I have an extensive music collection, but most listening is to playlists. I have tried to follow all hints, suggestions, and directions found (even purchased Uniconverter). Unfortunately, I have never been able to produce a Cd which will play on a car audio system and display song names, artist, etc. on the player screen. Can someone please outline a step by step procedure for either beginning with an existing playlist, or creating one, then continuing through all of the steps necessary to produce a playable Cd with track and artist info displayed.

Playlists not showing on E63 and Windows Media Player

Hey folks,

Just bought an E63 and love it-except for one problem. Nokia music crashes my computer, so I'm using Windows Media Player to transfer music to the 8gb card in the phone. The music transfers fine, but the playlists NEVER show up on the phone-the music's there,
just not the playlists, but I can access by title, artist, album etc. Any ideas? Thanks!
