Windows 10: The "Windows Security" goes blank and I have tried all the possible steps and the...

The Windows Security screen goes blank when I open it. I have tried resetting, reinstalling and, checking if any malware is disabling it. I have no 3rd party antivirus running. I even tried the "SecurityHealthSetup.exe" mentioned in some posts but nothing works.Please help with any other solution. Is it a high risk to use without Windows Defender working?

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

• When complete, type exit and hit Enter. Restart the computer.
