Windows 10: The Windows Security Warning shows me when drag and drop any gadgets

Hello, I'm having a issue with the Windows Security Warning. When I drag and drop any gadgets such as Weather, it shows me "Do you want to allow software such as ActiveX controls and plug-ins to run?" so I clicked No, then it worked, but if I restarted the PC, the Windows Security Warning messages will show me again. It shows me everyday and it gets annoying when restarting the computer. How can I fix it?Thank youCheers-Sajad Sadiq

Drag and Drop

Hi Charles,

the steps you suggested didn't work for me but, when pressing the escape key it somehow expanded the drive and by using drag and drop to the single file in the list worked.

In the past I could drag and drop multiple folders onto the drive on the network computer(s). Doing it on individual folders will take far too long and time consuming and is not an option.

Microsoft should be able to identify what is blocking it and issue a fix.

My machine is multi boot so tomorrow I will try with Windows 7.

[Taskbar]

• Drag and drop is now supported on the Windows 11 taskbar. Quickly drag and drop files between app windows, by hovering over apps in the taskbar to bring their windows to the foreground. Try attaching a file to an Outlook e-mail by dragging it and hovering over the Outlook icon in the taskbar to bring the window to the foreground. Once in the foreground, drop your file into the e-mail to attach it. You can also customize your taskbar with your favorite apps from Start’s All apps list by dragging and dropping over the taskbar to pin them. You can also drag and drop to the desktop via “Show desktop” at the very right corner of the taskbar.
