Windows 10: The windows update wont start after hard reset, even the external drivers like graphics...

Hello. i hard reset my computer 2 days ago and i`m having a problem after that. i cant update my drivers when i go to windows updates. i tried using other software like driver boost iobit. but still to no avail. when i update my driver throught windows update it always stuck to 0& or either cancel the installation. i always wait it for about 2 to 5 hours before i check some alternative way to fix this thing.


i check the forum with the same problem and tried every possible ways to fix it like net stop etch then remove the softwaredistribution content or rename the folder but it doesnt work. please, its will be 3 days now and i can`t still fix this. i tried formatting it like 2 to 3 times but it doesnt work. i always format my pc so i`m quite use to it already. i usually reset it every 3 to 4 months and use the onedrive to restore some of my old files, so. please, will be so much help if you can help me with this


and also when i download the driver manually. it always say failed:network error and shows there are some chances that the driver will be download but after i run it, it wont start and say


i tried downloading driver pack but its said internet connection error even though i have one. i checked if it will work if i turn off the firewall and internet but still the same

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
