Windows 10: The wizard has been interrupted (HueSync)

Hello.


I have a problem installing an application (HueSync).


As i can see online, its a quite common problem happening with a lot of software which leads me to believe it has nothing to do with HueSync itself.





The most common answers to this problem has been:

• Is the software already installed?
• Is NET 3.5 installed and enabled?
• Have you tried installing as administrator?
• Have you given access to it in your firewall?

The software is not already installed and NET 3.5 is installed and enabled.

I tried run as administrator (my user is already admin) and also disabled my firewall.


Would love to attach the logs, but I can't seem to find any ways to attach them.

Nero 2016 Platinum will download, but it stops during installation with the note, "The wizard was interrupter before Nero 2016 could be installed. Nero support has not been able to offer a solution. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Help with Hardware Interrupts

To use Krview, ignore any driver that is part of Windows or that is for the CPU idle thread.
inteppm is for the CPU idle thread, ignore it.
hal and ntkrnlpa are part of Windows, ignore them.
ati2mtag is the first one on the list that is elevated and relevant.
Find out what hardware interrupt it uses and then any device that shares this interrupt could be the problem. It might not be ati2mtag.
If its the video driver, can you use another card?
Putting the computer to sleep might reset things.
