Windows 10: The xbox app on windows 11 is set to different region and can't buy games via pc

I have tried multiple options from the community support, for some reason, the xbox app is showing in Canadian currency where I'm living in Europe. I did purchase my series x in Canada and spoke to an agent in order to change my currency and region as all other options did not work. Within 72 hours speaking to an agent, my xbox is now able to purchase games on my console in euro but when I try to do this on an European laptop, the currency is in CAD. tried all options and can't seem to contact support within their opening times. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can't buy Xbox app/game using Windows 11 Store

Hello everyone,

From the Windows 10 Store, I was able to buy Xbox games / apps and remotely initiate the download to my Xbox console. It was possible to search all Xbox games using the Store, and even get Xbox Gold Games there.

But in Windows 11 Store, you can only see apps / games compatible with Windows. Even if I open a url to get the Xbox Gold Game, the Windows 11 Store doesn't allow me to click the "Get" button because "This product cannot be installed on this computer".

Is there anyway to use the Windows 11 Store to buy Xbox games/apps?

xbox game streaming not working on pc

Thanks for responding, i have already tried everything in that forum article and the phone support has tried everything with me too

things that i tried:

• changing wifi networks
• resetting my computer
• reinstalling the Xbox app
• resetting the Xbox
• changing just about every setting in the Xbox and the Xbox app
• changing settings in the router
• reinstalling drivers on my computer
• using different controllers

Also when I open the Xbox app on my pc sometimes i am able to connect when the Xbox is turned on but not if it is off(it is set to instant on), but once I'm connected i can test game streaming and it will say all good but when i actually go to use it the
app just crashed with no error code.

Also i do not know if this is related or not but the home screen in the Xbox app just shows "something went wrong while loading this info" and whenever i try to view my friends captures the app will crash and I've also found out that the app will just freeze
up when i try to join a party.
