  1. The yes option in confirm boxes isn't there - windows 11

When msg pops up for "Do you want to let this.......have access to your computer, my confirm box has only a NO option. The other side of the box where yes should be is blank. How do I fix this. I've searched the web but can't find an answer. Is it something with user account because I only have a local account. I accidentially erased my Administrator account. I'm 80 years old & I seem to be making a lot more mistakes than I used to!

    :)

  2. Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
