Windows 10: The Your Phone app on my "needs attention" and is difficult to re-connect every day

It really is happening every day that I check. I get this message when I open the Your Phone app.





That takes me here where the "Fix now" doesn't even work. I click it, it pauses and does some thinking, some blank white square opens, it doesn't connect and it goes back. If I click Fix now 4 or 5 times it does end up connecting on occasion.





Would anyone know why this might be happening? Phone is a Galaxy S10.

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

You are correct in that if you performed an official update to Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) to an official HTC Windows Phone device, then you should of had Attentive Phone integrated into settings. However, I don't see how a hard reset would remove them from your
device.

I have a Samsung Focus, so I am unable to search for HTC-specific apps, so I cannot answer your question regarding the Attentive Phone app, although last I heard, it was still available in the Marketplace. I suggest you try searching by the keyword "Attentive
Phone" and if that does not work, search by "HTC" only.

Unfortunately, it was HTC that added the Attentive Phone functionality into your device's Settings and not Microsoft. Therefore, I would suggest contacting
HTC Support for your geographic region and they should be able to help you further.
