    The 'Your Phone' app stopped working two weeks ago. Can't re-establish the link.


    I've used the Your Phone app with my Samsung Galaxy S10+ for about a year. It sometimes has connectivity issues, but when it works I love it. About two weeks ago, it stopped in the middle of the day, out of the blue. No changes had been made to the phone or PC - in fact I had been using the app all morning without any issues. Either way, It suddenly wouldn't connect to my phone, gave an error message, and said to try again later. Since then I've run through all of the troubleshooting guides on Microsoft's site, spent about 4 1/2 hours with tech advisors, reset the app in Windows, reset the app in my phone, deleted the phone from my online MS profile, and even rolled back Windows updates. None of it has worked. I can no longer find the error code, but it pointed to a missing file related to the Your Phone app.


    Does someone know how to fix this? Now that these apps are built into the Windows and Adroid OS, I can't just delete and reinstall them.

    "All apps" Button not working - Where are links stored?


    At some point my "All apps" button has stopped working. Clicking on it causes the apps list to flash very very briefly then dumps me back to home screen. Everything else seems to work OK.
    Anyone know where the links in that list of apps is stored? I'm thinking one of the links is broken causing the whole list to shut down, and if I remove links from the list one by one I can find it. That's the only thing I can think to try.
    Unfortunately no restore points exist and Repair tools like Startup Repair Etc. does not help.
    Any other Ideas / Suggestions would also be greatly appreciated.
