    Sad face on blue screen

    i have a nokia 635 and a white sad face keeps on appearing with a blue screen. i heard about the volume button method but the only problem is that both of my volume buttons are broken. what do i do?

    How do i fix sad face for Lumia 520?

    My Lumia 520 got stuck on flight mode. While hard reset it ended up with the SAD FACE. Please help !

    Even windows device recovery tool ain't helping as it says no package available for your device.

    I recently upgraded my Lumia 540 to windows 10 and after I did that it said there was another upgraded and I had to restart my device so I restarted it and as it came on I saw to gears spinning and then a sad face appeared and my device went off and I
    kept on restarting and the sad face still appeared I tried hard reset soft reset the both didn't work
