Windows 10: Theme change doesn't work/ only changes accent color

Hi,

Hope you guys can help me.
I would really like to have some simple dark theme similar to PopOS and Manjaro default.
I found some nice ones on DA, but when I try to use them, barely anything changes.

When I try to change the theme in windows, it only affects the accent color (and sometimes cursor and wallpaper, if they were included), but the visual style stays the same default one.

I'm using v2004, but it was like that on 1909 too.
I installed uxpatcher, and did everything else from this tutorial

I don't think I did anything wrong. I only tried themes that say are compatible with my version.

I only recently wanted to change w10 theme, but this isn't my first time changing themes on windows.
I never had this problem back on XP and 7.

Color not changing

I was personalizing the theme color, when I accidentally selected "Automatically pick an accent color from my background". It did it wrong, and now the accent color is an ugly barf yellow. I'm selecting other colors, but the accent color just doesn't seem
to change. It just reverts back when I restart the settings. How do I change the color?

 

Sync Theme Windows 10 - Accent Color problem

Hello.

I have a synced theme between my laptop and surface 3. Now, this theme as a Slideshow as Wallpaper, with the accent color picked from the wallpaper. Now, on my laptop everything works fine, everytime (60 seconds) the wallpaper changes, the accent color will
change. On the Surface 3 this is not happening. I don't know how to fix it and I would really appreciate your help.
