    Theme colors lost when coming out from the sleeping mode


    Hi there, I am on Windows 10, and I defined a personal file *.theme located in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes. If I double-click on it, the specifications of my theme are correctly installed. Super! However, if my PC comes out from the sleeping mode, all color specifications background colors, etc., are lost, and I collect – for example – a white background in my applications, etc. This looks like a well-known bug in Windows, and there are several people that tried to solve it, for example by defining a scheduled task upon waking up the PC from the sleeping mode.     Personalize colors and themes on Windows 10

    Hi,

    To assist you with your concern on the pictures being dark on Windows 10, you can try to play around with the colors and themes that will suit you.

    Here are the steps to customize your color and theme:

    • Click on Windows logo.
    • Click on Settings.
    • Click on Personalization.
    • Select Colors.
    • Make sure that the Automatically pick an accent color from my background is turned off.
    • Select the color that you like from the grid of colors.

    Lost SLEEP Mode

    After a early October 2018 Windows 10 update I lost the ability to put my PC in SLEEP Mode and the SLEEP part of Power & Sleep is gone. Any suggestions on what I need to do to get this back?
