Windows 10: Themes appear broken after Windows 10 -> 11 upgrade

I've upgraded from Windows 10 to 11, and afterwards, the themes appear to be broken in terms of the hover / background. The text / windows are the same color making many menus unreadable / unusable. Switching to Dark Mode for a theme makes it better, but the same issue happens in dark mode in different but much fewer places. I have attempted deleting local cached icons and other files.I tried resetting Windows 11 while keeping apps/filesI tried resetting Windows 11 without keeping apps/filesI have tried installing all available updatesDisplay/Monitor drivers are up to date Nothing I have

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:

• Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
• Try different keyboard or mouse.
• Restart computer, repeatedly.
• Google for related issues.
• Update Bios, because why not.
• Create boot media and revert to windows 7.

The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.

 

Win-10 themes keep changing

• Did you try the steps suggested by Suvarna Govinda above, what was the result?

As I understand the issue, Themes in Windows doesn't have the options to change on its own. Only the Wallpapers in the themes can change as selected ( Picture, Solid color and Slide Show ).

I would suggest you to make us understand that if the Wallpapers are changing in Theme which you have selected.

Below are the steps you can check if it helps.

• Press Windows + I keys and select Personalization.
• Select Theme and select the Default theme.
• Select the Desktop Background below and select the Picture
  and save it and check.

Windows original themes are broken

I notice you marked my post unhelpful in 3 minutes which is about 10 times faster than it would take to complete the steps I suggested.

The screenshot shows there are no images in some of those Theme packages, and only 1 in the Light Theme you chose. So download and install some Themes from the store link I gave you to have Themes to choose from to customize.
