Windows 10: There are 2 sync issues messages that keep seeing that say My Music and My Videos cannot...

Where can the permissions access be set properly for the 2 above flies or folders. Everything else seems to be syncing properly

Music syncs to phone but where is it!!

When you enter the Music+Videos hub, scroll left or right until you see a list saying "music, videos, podcasts, radio, marketplace". Tap music. Does the synced music show up there?

Another way to see the music on your device is to connect your phone to your computer and click "phone" in Zune, then underneath "phone", click "Music".

 

Audio Losing Sync In Videos

Thx, fireberd, will do. I realize now I'm experiencing the issues with BOTH:

1. Onboard sound - sync issues AND dropouts, pops
2. My Focusrite Scarlett 18i8

As the latency report says, my system is having trouble handling real-time audio. Since this is a new issue, what might be the source?

Hi all, using task monitor to see what's going on with CPU usage and power usage, here's what I found:

1. Memory stays steady at 5.3/15.9 GB
2. CPU Usage:

• When at rest with a music player, Thunderbird and Firefox open, a, CPU usage is around 2-7%
• When watching online video, CPU usage usually runs around 10-12% with spikes up to 18% once in a while, with Firefox being the spiker.
• When my DAW software runs with Focusrite Recording Interface engaged, CPU usage is around 4-7%

3. Power usage is generally very low across the board

• Firefox is Low. When video plays it can momentarily be moderate
• DAW software is Low

QUESTIONS:
A. What can cause this to all of a sudden start happening? And given that this is recently occuring;
B. What to try next?

 

Nokia Lumia 520 Music+Video Player Issues

Hey ppl, atlast it worked for me. The windows desktop app is buggy and it doesn't transfer files as intented for me. Rather i could transfer files without trouble in these steps. Now i don't have any duplicates and all the files are playing without showing
any error. Try it out:

1. Remove all the files you have in the memory card or simply format it. Still you will see the files in the music player which wont play but wil remain there simply. You have no other way than to select the files,individually,and delete all the duplicate and
dummy files,that wont play any longer. Pity those having 32 GB full of files. I had only 2GB. There could be some other way to do this. But it worked this way only for me.

2. Connect the Lumia to pc through usb cable. You should be able to see the drives in the file explorer.

3. Open windows media player (i have set the option of sync using windows media player in the windows desktop app in its settings). Select the songs you want to add into the sd card and drag and drop in the SYNC LIST section at the right side of the player.
(in the library view, you will see play list, burn list, sync list at the right).

4. The Sync list section will show the external devices connected to the pc. In this case, select "Mobile name"-SD card and click START SYNC option above that. It will show the sync progress and once done you can see songs in the mobile.

Note: i had few issues when i tried to sync files and folder ,together. So tried syncing them separately and it worked. Remember to edit the song attributes like,album name,artist,genre,etc. in a way to facilitate organising songs in the music+videos in mobile.
You can also create playlists from the media player itself by dragging and dropping playlists in the Sync list. Its better to start the sync with few files first.

Try these steps and if worked lik it did for me, post it in other forums that you came across that had similar discussions on this issue.
