Windows 10: there are no support supervisors.

How do you contact the support supervisor/manager when the support employees that answer the phone or live chat refuse to connect you or the supervisor is refusing to take the call despite you having a legitimate problem? Every time I ask to be connected to a supervisor they say they will call me back at a specific time, which they never call back or I get placed on hold purgatory for well over an hour. I have tried 6 times now to contact a supervisor spending a collective 7+ hours on chat and the phone.It seems once support realizes it made a mistake on record that cost a customer money it wi

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
