    There are no template presets when I open the Whiteboard app. How can I fix this?


    I've only just started using Whiteboard. Whenever I click on "Templates" nothing happens - there is no gallery of presets. Nothing happens. How can I fix this? There is little documentation online. There are no options within the app itself. There aren't even any options to select the Whiteboard app when filling in the "Ask a Question" hence selecting "Outlook Mail/Calendar" option from the Sub-Topics box, or anywhere online when trying to contact Microsoft support. Please help. My system specs are below.System information:OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro for Workstations System Type x64-ba

    2. Check the app list:

    Right-click on the Start button and select "Apps and Features" from the menu. Scroll through the list of installed apps and see if the whiteboard app is listed. If it is, click on it and see if there is an option to launch or reinstall the app.
