    There is a file on my laptop blocking the internet access and I can’t delete the file...


    The laptop is on windows 10, I tried resetting and now I need to reactivate windows but I cannot do that without wifi. I’m connected to the wifi it’s just being blocked. I also tried my hotspot and it doesn’t work. I troubleshooted and found the 3 files I need to delete but I don’t have the user and pass for admin. Can anyone help:

    Help !!! delete temporary internet files options are corrupted and freezing

    ok the safe mode worked, I went to the temp file and deleted everything there but the FXSAPIDebugLogFile which I couldn't get rid of at all for some reason but the temp file deletion is now working in the internet options utility as well as disk cleaner now *Clap :clap:

    Files in mediaplayer on W7

    I have some files listed on my windows media player library showing that are no longer on my hard drive. It will not let me delete them for some reason. Waht can I do to get rid of these? I right click, asksme if I want to delete when I click on delete, but nothing happens after that. Obviously the files cannot be accessed when the location no longer exists, any ideas?

    win 7 need perm to delete files

    or your files are accessed by other apps so it refuse when you delete it
