Windows 10: There is a floating 100 in the bottom middle of my screen

I opened up my laptop to see that there is a random floating 100 on the bottom of my screen, and i don't know how to get rid of it. Please help me.

Redline in middle of the screen

sounds to me the screen is damaged, if youve owned that laptop for 4 months id suggest you return it for warranty service. before you do make sure to take a picture of the screen itself with every test youve done

 

floating bubbles render touch screen useless

My Dell laptop has all of the sudden developed floating bubbles on the screen which make the mouse jumpy and stops working. I have tried all the fixes I read about, rebooted multiple times and disabled touch screen, which all help it work for a short time
but doesn't fix the problem. I have read fixes from 2015 up to the present but not finding any permanent fixes. Any new suggestions?
