Windows 10: There is a gap between my taskbar and the bottom left of my screen. Has anyone else...

Just got a Dell XPS 15 9520 and noticed that the taskbar has a small gap between itself and the left of the screen see pictures. On the desktop it looks to be slanted but I think that's just because part of the background is black and so it blends, because with a white background you can see there is a gap between the whole thing. I have tried looking for fixes online couldn't find anything regarding this specific problem and tried messing with every setting I could think of. The only thing that kind of fixed the the problem was setting the scaling to 225% instead of the recommended 250%

Unpinning a shortcut from TaskBar leaves a space gap: autoshift left ?

When I unpin a shortcut from my Windows 10 Taskbar then it leaves a space gap.

How can I tell Win10 to automatically shift all remaining shortcuts right of it to the left?

Even worse: When I drag afterwards a shortcut from File Explorer onto the TaskBar space gap then the gap is not filled but the shortcut is inserted after the gap.

Did you try rebooting?
Are you using any 3rd party Taskbar or Start Menu tools?

 

taskbar on multiple screens (XP)

Hi, at work we use three screens, with XP installed, on the PC i was using before it had the taskbar on just the left screen and when i maximised a window it would fill whatever screen the window was currently on. The pc i now use, has a task bar stretched across the three screens and when i maximise something it will automatically fill the left screen. Is there a way to change either of these things as i prefer the taskbar on the left screen and to maximise on the screen the window is in. Thanks
