Windows 10: There is a glitched black box in the middle of my screen and my screen got zoom in more it...

Well the subject explains it but ima make it more in detail here. #So, i booted up one of my games beamng.drive and i loaded up my game and it all just was slow and stuff. Than i got an error message about ram space and that i don't have that much, and then it all happened. My computer screen went all back and then that box appeared and all my **** is zoomed in. I just realized that the picture doesn't show it and now i am kinda pissed because this is my gaming computer and i don't need this box when im playing and stuff.

Screen glitch and Black screen

I was recently using Google Chrome on a computer running Windows 10 when a notification popped up informing me of a graphical error. Then the next day, just after logging on, a few graphical glitches appeared and the whole screen went black. The glitches
kept appearing and then disappearing, so I decided to restart. Upon restart, the graphical glitches disappeared but the screen remained black. The computer was on because the lights on the keyboard were on and the fan was also on. Does anyone know how to fix
this? Thank you

 

Black rectangle shows up middle of screen- mouse doesnt work within it

Since my last post, the box has reappeared but Photos was not in the list. Today, I closed one of two entries called "system" and it went away. Btw, fwiw, Winlister mentions several programs are open that arent open and havent been opened since last reboot, like calculator.
