    A jingle plays and lowers the sound of everything playing at the moment I'm clicking to lower the volume. I can't stand it, and can't find an answer for it. It is not in system sound settings plus I don't know the name of the jingle. IT CAME OUT OF NOWHERE. Any help is appreciated.

    Sound Lowers when I launch games

    HI Eric,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. Appreciate your interest in using Windows 10.

    I suggest you to run the Sound troubleshooter by following the steps provided below:

    • Type “troubleshooting” in search box and type Enter.
    • Click on View All on top left corner.
    • Click on Playing sound from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
