Windows 10: There is a lag when I watch TV shows I bought at microsoft store - the audio lags behind...

hi, I've spoken to the help contact a few times but hasn't worked yet - I have windows 11. I bought 2 TV shows at microsoft store. I watch these shows on my laptop, not on an actual TV or xbox or anything, just my laptop. For some episodes, there is a lag between the audio and the video, the audio lags behind the video. The episode will usually start fine, and then a few minutes in, it stalls and the audio lags behind the video. This occurs whether I download the episode from the microsoft store and watch it, or whether I stream it - both have a lag. The support team updated my app from which

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Bluetooth audio lag on windows 10...

I bought a bluetooth headset in the hopes that it would free me from the wire clutter. First test was with an android tablet and it works flawlessly, audio sync nicely with video. At that point I didn't even realize audio lag is even a possible issue. Well,
next test is with Windows 10, and boy what a disappointment . Audio lags in every video player I tried. Games are even worse. I would've thought even a mid-end PC would stomp on android tablet anytime anywhere in the performance department but boy was I
wrong.

A Windows 10 PC, lags where a tablet does not, this is very sad.

Is Microsoft even acknowledging this issue? Changing driver from the built in one to CSR driver, switching to High Performance power profile, makes no difference at all. LatencyMon is showing all green.

 

Lagging Issues with Media Player and Movies & TV App

When I play videos using media player or the Movies % TV app, I experience lagging issues. However, when I watch videos on Youtube and other websites, I dont encounter lag. Interestingly, I noticed that when I click on "Play as 360 video" or "Play in mini view" in the Movies & TV app, the lagging problem disappears. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide assistance with resolving the issue.
