  2. I faced "Something went wrong. Try again later." in Sign-in options

I tried to set up another finger in sign-in options but I was blocked by "Something went wrong. Try again later." both appeared in Fingerprint recognition, Facial recognition and PIN.

  3. When I click on the PIN, it "says something went wrong please try again later"

So my PIN option no longer shows up when logging in. I signed into my Microsoft account, and then it says "says something went wrong please try again later". There is no option for forgot password and I already deleted the contents of the NGC folder. I
    was working, but now isn't.

    password sign in

    Hi,

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

    • Go to Settings.
    • Click on Accounts.
    • Click on Sign in options.
    • On the right side, you will see required sign in.
    • Change it to Never.

Let us know how it goes.
