Windows 10: there is a red line one .pixle wide going downwards on.my windows 10 pro and the red line...

Ive done brought a Windows 10 pro and one day after i brought it this red line appeared, you cant see the line when the screen is white and i tried everything. Restarting the computer, using task manager, using device manager, And this is really my last hope.

Red Line in text- NOT in Word

How do I get rid of that annoying red line tracking my text while I type on websites. I am not in Word when this happens. I will make a mistake in what I am typing, back up, and the red line appears. It tracks the rest of what I type. If I right click
it my only option is to Inspect Element. I want the red line to go away.

Everything I find online about it only pertains to Word.

And the annoying line isn't showing in my screen shot! What's up with that? I wish I knew what I was doing to get the red line and I would do it again. I will keep trying to get the red line back.
