There is a vulnerability detected to install 2018-10 Update for Windows 10 1809 . There is already latest October 2024 patch installed.do we need to install this update. Will this update gets installed.

Current Status of Windows 10 October 2018 Update version 1809

No problem at all. I think that step only installs updates that are included in a folder within the ISO. One could add the needed updates in there in a certain format.
