Windows 10: There is an application that appears and dissapears when shutting down pc?

There is an application about apps running in the background which appears and dissapears when shutting down laptop. This also makes the shut down laptop logo to stay longer on the screen. This is not on my dad's computer, just only on mine. I have tried system file checker and sfc scannow and none have worked for me.My computer was infected by a virus or trojan when I visited a website and clicked notifications on, but norton antivirus removed it. I tried to resett pc and the problem would come up after a few shut downs. I reset it again which solved a problem but I plugged in my usb full of

• How did you downloaded the application is it through windows store or browser?

I would suggest you to check in downloads folder in the file explorer.

Follow the below steps.

• Press windows key + E.
• Click on the This PC.
• Select the download folder & check if application is downloaded.

Receive "Application Error 0x00007FF677EA8682..." during Shut-Down

PC does not shut down requires forece shut down

We really appreciate your patience. Let me give you few more troubleshooting steps which might apply to your situation and ascertain the cause of the issue.

• Try removing all the external peripheral devices including all usb drives except keyboard, mouse and monitor and check.
• Try to shut down the computer while forcing the running applications and check the results in the subsequent restart. Follow the below steps.
  

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  In Command prompt type
  shutdown -s -f and press enter.
  

If it still does not help, try to view the Event IDs in Event Viewer to check for specific events triggering the issue.

To view activities in Windows, I suggest you to open the Event Viewer. To do so, follow the below steps.

• Go to the Control Panel and choose to click on the
  Administrative Tools icon.
• The above action will open up a new window of the Administrative Tools where you will see the
  Event Viewer.
