Windows 10: There is an echo in my laptop for 2 days now. How do I get rid of it?

There is an echo in my laptop for 2 days now. How do I get rid of it? It only stops when I disable the internal microphone.

Getting rid of an echo on Windows 10

I have an echo with my computer. When the sound on my computer is on, with or without headphones plugged in, there is an echo. So for example, if I'm talking with someone near me and my computer is on with the sound on, an echo of my voice comes through
the speakers on the computer. But that also applies to when I talk to Cortana or anyone on Skype, video chat, etc. And I also hear the echo when headphones are plugged in. It's more annoying then, because it's directly in my ear. How do I get rid of this

I have found something about CPU Upgrade on the Intel's Website, the manufacturer of my laptop's chipset (GM45 Chipset). Currently, the CPU which this laptop is using (Dual Core T3400) is NOT in this list: http://ark.intel.com/chipset.aspx?familyID=35509
The laptop's chipset also support Core 2 Extreme Technology, which I think the latest CPU Technology.
I have another laptop called Acer Aspire 5572ANWXMi that is using the chipset 945GM which support the T7600 (like you suggested) and it is in this list: http://ark.intel.com/chipset.aspx?familyID=22816
