Windows 10: There is an extra keyboard layout in Language bar that I cannot change?

I use English US as display language in Windows and programs. However, I use Serbian Latin as a keyboard layout for writing and using diacritics. Sometimes I write papers in Serbian and sometimes in English always using Serbian keyboard layout. Recently I bought a new computer and it came with default language "English US - Serbian Latin"? Meanwhile, I have added the old keyboard layouts that I use, Serbian Latin and Serbian Cyrillic. The extra keyboard layout keep adding to my language bar (with Pics)

I figured out what causing this problem ! It is sleep mode !

Steps to reproduce (100%):

1. Put PC to sleep mode.

2. After waking up, extra layout will add to language (need to press key one more time to change language) but it won't show at task bar yet.

3. Click at language bar -> Language preferences then the extra layout will show at language bar.

*Windows 10 x64, Creator update's, UEFI mode

Hi Panupong,

The updated Windows 10 may have detected your language, the reason why it automatically gave you the other Thai US keyboard. To correct this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Click on the Start Menu, type in region and language settings and select it.
• Under Languages, select Thai Kedmanee keyboard and click Remove.
• Lastly, add it back by clicking Add a language.

After these steps, your keyboard layout will permanently stay with Thai Kedmanee keyboard.

The extra keyboard layout keep adding to my language bar (with Pics)

I have a problem with Windows 10 x64 home (creator update's). The extra keyboard layout somehow automatically present in the language bar so I have to press a key 1 more time for changing language. This is really annoying. The extra
layout is not permanent (restart PC will clear it out) but for some reason it will keep coming back by itself.

This what shown at my language bar (the highlighted one, Thai US keyboard, is an extra layout)





But there is no Thai US keyboard in Language preference.





There is only 1 keyboard layout presented under the English (United States) options.





There is also only 1 keyboard layout under the ไทย options.





The extra Thai US keyboard layout is no where to be found except at the language bar (but pressing language key still change to it).





From my experience, the extra language layout will be appeared if I use some program (right now, playing overwatch and changing language in game will certainly bring up this problem). It is very annoying and I really need a permanent
fix. Thank you in advance.

P.S. Restarting the PC or removing and re-adding language will temporary fix this but it will automatically comeback by e.g. playing game.
