    'insufficient disk space to complete the operation'

    The severe lack of information provided makes it impossible to tell, but, I imagine the 'there is insufficient disk space to complete the operation' is coming from your phone, not the laptop.

    Your pictures are probably stored on OneDrive, you may want to check there.

    'insufficient disk space to complete the operation'

    I am trying to move photos from my windows phone to my laptop (running windows 10) There is 60GB free and the photos are 2mb each but 'there is insufficient disk space to complete the operation' even when trying to copy/paste one at a time.

    I have tried emailing the photos and individually downloading them: 'DOWNLOAD ERROR'

    I have opened each photo individually (from email) and tried to 'save picture as', but get DOWNLOAD ERROR again.

    I have deleted numerous files and previous photos from all folders but still nothing.....

    I've restarted and completely shut down the laptop, but again no joy
