Windows 10: There is no ethernet section in my Network and Intenret!!!

Hello, I wrote here 12 days ago and 6 days ago, the first one was answered and the person who answered me said to write again if the problem continues, so I wrote and although 6 days have passed, I have not received an answer, so I **** writing again. I started using an ethernet connection on my computer, but in the Network and Internet section of the settings on my computer, the ethernet section is sometimes appearing and sometimes not, I think it is completely random. When the Ethernet connection section does not appear, I can not connect to ethernet normally, but when it appears, I can use

I worked all this out for a Win7-WinXP direct ethernet computer-to-computer network and later amended it for a Win7-Win7 network. A step-by-step procedure for creating a two-computer Ethernet cable network - MSAForum You can use a crossover cable but do not have to. Doing this in Windows 10 is just about the same as doing it in Windows 7 but some diagrams look different & you have to look around for the equivalent settings in some cases. "Network" section in File Explorer can't see Kubuntu/Samba computer

Network connection is mostly driven by the network configuration. Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can take a look into:

Method 1: Turn on network discovery

1. Open Settings, and go to Network & Internet > Ethernet > Change advanced sharing options.
2. Tick Turn on network discovery.
   

Method 2: Find devices and content

1. Open Settings, and go to Network & Internet > Ethernet.
2. Click the Ethernet Connected icon and turn on the Find devices and content.

Method 3: Enable the Server Service.

1. Open Services via Start menu search.
2. Navigate to Server service, and double-click it.
3. Change the Startup type to Automatic.
4. Click Start under Service status.
5. Hit Apply, then OK.

Should the issue persist, since network connection works between two Windows computer, we also suggest seeking Kubuntu support for further assistance.

You can follow the steps below:

1. I suggest that you check if the Ethernet adapter is enabled in the Device Manager. To do this, follow these steps:
   
   1. Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
      
   2. Expand the Network adapters section.
      
   3. Look for the Ethernet adapter and check if it is enabled. If it is disabled, right-click on it and select Enable device.
      
2. If the Ethernet adapter is already enabled, try updating the driver for the Ethernet adapter. To do this, follow these steps:
   
   1. Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
      
   2. Expand the Network adapters section.
      
   3. Right-click on the Ethernet adapter and select Update driver.
      
   4. Select Search automatically for updated driver software and follow the on-screen instructions.
