Windows 10: There is no option to calibrate pen in control panel

There is no option to calibrate my lenovo pen on windows control panel. Previously I have done it before where I have to click on the crosshair with my pen but now I can no longer. My control panel now looks like this where there is only an option for configuring the display

Follow these steps to calibrate stylus settings.

• 
  From the Settings panel, choose Control Panel at the top.
  
  The Control Panel appears.
  
• 
  Tap the Hardware and Touch category; then tap the Tablet PC Settings section.
  
  The Tablet PC Settings window appears.
  
• 
  From the Tablet PC Settings window, tap the Calibrate button.
  
  The Calibrate Pen or Touch Input Screens window appears.
  
• 
  Tap Pen Input.
  
• 
  Follow the instructions, tapping on the screen on the crosshairs; then tap the Yes button to save the data.

The Control Panel (Category View)

My apologies, Brink but I still do not get it.

The steps for both options are identical, the only difference is the location of the desired icons will need to be accessible for all users for Option 2. That's it.

Moreover, both the Mail and Flash Player (32-bit) applets are not listed in the list of Control Panel items for both options.
