    there is no redemption code on my order history


    i have ordered minecraft triple bundle via microsoft. i have been provided a order number but not a 25 digit redeption code. i have followed all instructions online, i have read the email, the order history and paypal recipt and none of them have the redemption code. how can i get either the code or a refund. thank you.
