Stereo Bluetooth Headphones do not reproduce stereo sound

Bluetooth 4.x headsets (headphones with microphone) have two modes:
    1. Stereo headset speakers with NO microphone
    2. Mono headset speakers with microphone

I see in the listing for your headphones it shows a microphone. Make sure your the audio is configured correctly so that you have stereo headphone speakers.

With your headphones connected with Bluetooth

Left-click on little speaker (bottom right on desktop)

There is no stereo option when wireless headphones are connected

I can't connect my "Wireless Stereo" in my bluetooth headphones

Hello, I see that you are having issues connecting your bluetooth headphones. A simple fix for this is to just disable, or uninstall your Wireless Hands-Free drivers. This will forcefully put the headphones to the Wireless stereo state, and you should
be able to use your headphones as it normally should.

Hope this helps, and let me know if you have further questions! There is no stereo option when wireless headphones are connected :)
