What happens then?

You update your windows 11 to windows 11 23h2 and end of life ends in 2025

Then you update to windows 11 24h2 and end of life ends in 2026

Then you update to windows 11 25h2 and end of life ends in 2027...

Every single version of windows os has about 10 years of support.

Microsoft has not announced the end of life date for windows 11, but expect 10 years.

 

Year 2025 question

That's what I have always expected as well but MS does not say so anywhere that I can find; I cannot find anything to refute the OP's conclusion.

They have been publishing that 2025 end date for several years now.

Their pre-publication spiel, before July 2015, was that Windows would always be with us.

I just had notice that my Windows 10 Home computer will not be supported after 2025 and is not upgradable to Windows 11. However after running PC health check it said only problem was the CPU processor which is Intel Core i5-7200U CPU @2.5GHz and which is on their list of CPUs supported by Windows 11? so why isn't my computer eligible for the Windows 11 system?
