    Hi, I am getting an error message when trying to copy files to my main storage drive. The error reads "There is not enough space on [folder name]", eg:


    "There is not enough space on [folder name]" error - lots of unused space on drive 4be22b68-eaa4-4606-9f04-1aa2369f16ca?upload=true.png

    When trying to copy to the drive directly, not to a folder within the drive, I get a similar error, which also shows that I have plenty of free space:

    Here is my Disk Management window, for reference:

    Hard drive space

    I have 16 GB of unused hard drive space, yet I get an error indicating that I don't have enough harddrive space to download the upgrade. How much space is required?

    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
