Windows 10: There is white X symbol on battery, I can't open the setting and I can't open window's Run.

Hi I need help, when I was working with the laptop it's all sudden my window 11 crash. It's does fix the disk when it's restarting. But the symbol of white X on the battery and I can't open the setting. When I open the files it's like the word gone of lagging and delayed. I need to refresh every files to make it works. Lastly I can't even open window Run. When I tries to open it's appear with shell;;;2559a1f3-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04ff60b9f0}. Idk if my laptop has a virus or there is something else that could messing with the window.The laptop that I using is MSI bravo 15 c7u

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

Typing a "t" opens a new window?

I have read the other similar posts. This is a desk top (Tower) computer and it happens frequently but not every time, it is lower case t, and it happens in just about any program - outlook, word, excel, mspub, but it has opened a browser at times. The
new window is always different, al list of some kind. I put the curser back next to the t and the new window goes away. It is like a hot key, but not a combination (ctrl +) ane the window opened varies. Quite annoying and inconvenient! This happened in
Windows 7 and still in Windows 10.
