Windows 10: There isn’t a recovery key for my Microsoft device

Okay so, in my Microsoft account I can see each of my devices and one of them is called “Lucianos_PC”. But while resetting my computer I got locked out and am on the bitlocker page. However, when I check the recovery key page on the website it doesn’t show one for my device and I can’t find it. I’ve tried but I can’t find the key on the website. Is there another way for me to get it?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
