    There may be threats on my device, but 0 threats found after quick scan.


    Windows Defender said there a threats on my device, and the recommended action is quick scan. After scan, it showed 0 threats found. The notifications keep showing there may be a threats after I already scanned multyple times. Please help! Sorry for bad English.
