Windows 10: There must, be a way?

My computer, is a Dell laptop. Running, Windows 10.It also has, a DVD drive.I purchased the movie, "Big" on DVD.I couldn't, get it to run? So, I went.To the, Microsoft Store. I downloaded, power DVD.And, I just watched it. Tom Hanks. Great, actor!It is, copyrighted. But I thought, I could download it.To, my hard drive. That, should be OK.But due, to some kind of encryption. It just, would not copy?So, I was wondering. Is there, a way. To, copy it.As I'm, watching it? That way, I could save it.To, my hard drive. And put, the DVD away.There, must be. Some program, that will copy it.As, I'm watch

Memory Upgrade, what fits my goal ?

id suggest a new PSU is 1st on the list ,no way a 300w PSU is going to run those specs.

 

Programs Missing From Control Panel List

I was able to get rid of XNVIEW by downloading it and using it's own uninstaller.
Have tried method suggested by Pyramid 10 with photoscape without success.
Can't figure out how to do what is asked.

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
