    Hello.I have windows 11. Recently my laptop restarted while I was working and ever since every time I sign in, a pop up box comes on my screen and reads this message "There was a problem starting C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\USAGEA~1\AGUZTP~1\SPK E_I~1.DLL The specified module could not be found." How can I resolve this issue?

    The Subject is how to return ALL FILE PERMISSIONS back to their default state. I'm certain a lot of people have somehow inserted themselves into authority.

    Here......this is just one of the MANY files I have found of someone doing things to my computer by entering into Command Prompt. I have like 60 to 70 more......each more confusing than the last. My desire is to stop them from being able to enter
    my computer via Command Prompt and to remove each of the accounts with Permissions equal to an Administrator. I believe right now there are around 26 accounts with almost all the Permissions. Maybe you understand this one I copied cuz there are SO MANY MORE

    How to delete C:\Windows.old(1) folder


    Not yet since in Linux or FreeBSD, it's probably just rm -rf Windows.old(1) but I managed to do it another way...

    The original folder structure was as follows:

    Under C:\Windows.old(1)
    Users -> Vince -> AppData -> Local -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Temporary Internet Files -> Virtualized -> C -> Users -> Vince -> AppData -> Roaming -> Dropbox -> shellext -> I

    I deleted the I but shellext said it no longer exists at the location so I basically moved Virtualized to the top so it's under Windows.old(1) and then deleted everything else successfully. Then in Virtualized, I had to move the Users to the top under Windows.old(1) and then it would delete. Then I deleted C then Virtualized and then C:\Windows.old(1). Not sure why it didn't work any other way.
