Windows 10: there was a problem starting setup. I do not know how to close the tools in PC before...

Hello Sir/Madam,When I try to install windows 10. There was a problem in starting setup. I do not know how to close the tools in PC before running WIN10.please help to install windows 10. since my OS is 8.1 which is going to end next month.Thanks & Regards,Paranth.

I recently downloaded windows 10 and then I reset my computer and it got rid of it. I downloaded windows 10 again and it started working normally I decided to let it update while I went to go do something, I believe that the computer
might have gone into sleep mode while I was installing windows 10 cause when I came back and my computer was in sleep mode. When I tried to re-download it would give my the text.
''There was a problem starting setup. Close the tool, restart your PC, and then try running the tool again''. I then restarted my computer and it said the same thing. after that I decided to download the windows
10 ISO 64 bit version and it says this every time I try to download it.

I have downloaded the media Creation Tool but when i try to run I get an error that says "There was a problem starting Setup. Close the tool, restart your PC, and then try running the tool again. I have tried restarting several times and it still does
not start. any suggestions?

Follow the steps given below:

  On a working PC, go to the
  Microsoft software download website.

  Download the media creation tool and then run it.

  Select Create installation media for another PC.
  
• 
  Choose a language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit).
  
• 
  Follow the steps to create installation media, and then select Finish.
  
• 
  Connect the installation media you created to your nonfunctional PC, and then turn it on.
  
• 
  On the initial setup screen, enter your language and other preferences, and then select
  Next. If you're not seeing the setup screen, your PC might not be set up to boot from a drive. Check your PC manufacturer's website for info on how to change your PC's boot order, and then try again.

  Select Repair your computer.
  
• 
  On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot >Advanced options >
  Startup repair
  

However, if you can get to the login screen, you can click the power button, hold the shift button and click restart. This will take you to the recovery environment. From there, continue with step 9.
