Windows 10: There was a problem using a soundbar called Samsung Q990C on Windows 11

I connected the Q990C and my PC by using the graphics card's hdmi port ,when selecting Dolby Atmos for Home Theater in spatial audioI ran into rear surround silence while testing the configuration,but select DTS:X for home theater or 5.1 or 7.1 channels to test everything is fine.When I use Dolby Atmos for Home Theater I found that the sound and orientation were correct when playing games that support Dolby Atoms,the Q990C screen information is displayed as dolby atoms; However, when I played normal multi-channel games, such as the Genshin impact, Star Wars Battlefront 2, there was a lack of

Windows 10 bluetooth issues - can't find soundbar

Sorry I have the same problem, it seems as if Windows has found the Samsung soundbar (it is in the list of paired bluetooth devices. But it in the "sounds" dialogue it is impossible to connect.

The proerties sub-dialogue says "requires further installations"

Hi, I contacted Microsoft support for an audio issue. As part of troubleshooting, they unpaired my Taotronics Bluetooth soundbar from my windows 11 computer.

The soundbar no longer pairs with my computer. The soundbar is operative as it pairs with my phone. It is currently unpaired from the phone. Microsoft made some changes to my Bluetooth and updated Bluetooth drivers. Windows was reloaded. I can pair other devices. Any suggestions to get my soundbar to pair with my computer again?
